Compassion: Helping Hands believes that compassion is essential to improving health outcomes and strengthening relationships. Compassion fosters trust and builds stronger relationships. We can't do this work without building intentional relationships.

Empowerment: Helping Hands believes it's essential to create a space where clients can be their best selves. I think this work is collaborative. I believe in centering individuals' perspectives and experiences.
